About PocketHealth
PocketHealth is an AI health information app. You describe what is going on in your own words; it answers in plain language, asks the questions that help, and keeps what you report in a private, dated timeline. When you have an appointment coming up, it turns that history into a one-page summary with your questions written out, so the few minutes you get with a clinician start from the facts instead of from memory.
What PocketHealth is not
It is not a doctor, a clinic or a medical service, and nothing it says is a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Its assistant is AI, and it says so. It is built to help you get more out of care from licensed clinicians, not to stand in for it. In an emergency, call 911.
Why it exists
Most of the work of being a patient happens between appointments: remembering when something started, noticing that it changed, finding last year's results, deciding what to ask. Paper notes get lost, portals don't talk to each other, and general-purpose chatbots are built for conversations rather than records. PocketHealth keeps a dated history you can see and correct, and gives it back to you in a form a clinician can use.
Your information
Your record is encrypted field by field and is yours: you can export it or delete it from Settings at any time. We do not sell health data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. How it is protected is on our security page; who processes it and why is in the consumer health data policy.
