To see, correct, download or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information:

In the app

Settings → Export my data downloads everything we hold about you. Settings → Delete your account erases it. Both take effect immediately.

Write to privacy@pockethealth.pro from the email address on your account.

Change your advertising cookie choice at any time with .

We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we respond within the time the law requires. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision at the same address.
