In short

PocketHealth is a subscription billed every three months, renewing until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you have already paid for, and your access continues until that period ends. If a payment fails you keep access while the payment is retried, until the period you have paid for runs out.
