Complimentary doctor visit: conditions
Version 2026-10-13
This is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
What it is
Eligible new subscribers get one complimentary virtual visit with a licensed doctor, provided by an independent telehealth partner and paid for by PocketHealth. The doctor is the partner's, not PocketHealth's. It is a visit with a real person, not a conversation with PocketHealth's AI, and PocketHealth's AI is not a licensed professional.
Who is eligible
A new subscriber with an active paid subscription at the time of the request, located in the United States. One complimentary visit per account.
How to use it
Ask for it from the app: the "Request an appointment" panel beside the chat, or at the end of a summary. We email you, normally within one business day, to arrange a time. Scheduling depends on the availability of the partner's doctors, and availability can vary by state and by specialty.
What it covers
The cost of one virtual visit for a non-emergency health concern. It does not cover additional or follow-up visits, tests, imaging, prescriptions or medication, or anything the partner charges outside the visit itself. You may not be able to choose a particular doctor. Whether a doctor diagnoses, prescribes or treats anything is the doctor's own judgment, and a visit is not guaranteed to resolve a concern.
Changes
The offer is for new subscribers and may change or end for people who have not yet subscribed. A visit that an eligible subscriber has already requested will be arranged. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Your information
To arrange the visit we share the details of your request (a reference number, the specialty you chose, your account email and any note you write) with our telehealth partner. Your conversations and timeline are not sent. The partner's own terms and privacy notice apply to the visit itself. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
